Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Payroll administration e.g. process monthly salaries and ensure timely statutory payments.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in recruitment and on-board process including job posting, coordinate interview appointment, reference check, issue letter offer, staff orientation and etc
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for employee record, performance appraisal, policies and etc.
  • Handle & record daily payments, invoices & commission.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields
  • 1 year of working experience in admin, accounts, or HR support (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel / Sheets, Word / Docs, PowerPoint / Slides)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, clients, and candidates
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic accounting software (e.g. SQL, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
