JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Payroll administration e.g. process monthly salaries and ensure timely statutory payments.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in recruitment and on-board process including job posting, coordinate interview appointment, reference check, issue letter offer, staff orientation and etc
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for employee record, performance appraisal, policies and etc.
- Handle & record daily payments, invoices & commission.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields1 year of working experience in admin, accounts, or HR support (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply)Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel / Sheets, Word / Docs, PowerPoint / Slides)Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, clients, and candidatesAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and discretionProactive, responsible, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of basic accounting software (e.g. SQL, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)Positive attitude and willingness to learnJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
