Inside Sales Executive (Based in Gelugor, Penang)

Key Responsibilities -Act as the primary contact for all customer account management matters. -Generate new leads and develop relationships with potential customers. -Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. -Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customer objectives. -Communicate progress of sales initiatives to stakeholders. -Develop new business opportunities and improve existing relationships to meet sales targets. -Track and forecast sales performance (e.g., monthly results and annual forecasts). -Prepare regular reports on account status. -Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory. -Assist with client requests and issue escalations as needed. Language Requirements -Proficiency in English and Mandarin / Cantonese is MANDATORY to liaise with clients and partners from China and Hong Kong.  -A Mandarin speaker is preferred, as the role involves regular communication with customers from these regions.   Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Sales, or a related field. -1–2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. -Confident and effective in phone communications, including cold calling. -Proven customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
