- Monday to Friday : 8 hours / day & Saturday : 5 hours
- Note : Flexible schedule. May include evenings or weekends for special events, content shoots, or time-sensitive campaigns.

Primary Focus : Content Creation & Brand Building
(Applicable to both online and offline platforms)
1. Content Creation
Develop engaging, brand-consistent content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (Red Note), etc.Time Allocation : 8–10 hours / week for content ideation and drafting with Boss Mike and the kitchen ideation group.2. Photography & Videography
Plan and execute content shoots featuring menu items, venue ambiance, staff, and events.Time Allocation : 4–6 hours / week for capturing and editing content.3. Menu Ideation & Development
Collaborate with the kitchen team for dish styling, new item conceptualization, and visual presentation.Time Allocation : 4–6 hours / week for coordination and photography.4. Brand Awareness & Campaign Strategy
Develop storytelling-driven campaigns to increase customer loyalty and digital footprint.Time Allocation : 4–6 hours / week for strategic planning and execution.Marketing & Operations Support
1. Social Media Management
Maintain a content calendar, schedule regular posts, monitor DMs / comments, and engage with followers.Time Allocation : 1–2 hours / day for platform maintenance.2. WhatsApp Marketing
Design and post regular announcements, promotions, and updates via WhatsApp status.Time Allocation : 2–3 hours / week.3. Event Promotion
Create and run targeted promotional campaigns for in-house or external events.Time Allocation : 2–3 hours / week.4. Website, POS & SEO Updates
Update menus on the official website and POS system.Boost visibility and ranking on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, etc.Time Allocation : 2–3 hours / week.5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor content and campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools.Adjust strategies based on insights.Time Allocation : 2–3 hours / week.6. Restaurant Décor & Festive Planning
Coordinate festive decorations and visual themes. Work with contractors and manage in-store setup.Time Allocation : 4–6 hours / month per festive season or event.7. Collaboration & Staff Training
Coordinate with FOH and BOH teams for seamless campaign execution.Assist in staff training for new promotions or customer engagement initiatives.Time Allocation : 2–3 hours / week.8. Community Engagement & Partnerships
Attend local events, foster partnerships, and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility.9. Crisis Management
Prepare communication strategies and provide prompt responses to potential PR challenges as required.
