Job description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in admin or customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge in design software like Canva is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with good attention to details.
  • Customer-centric approach in handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate teamwork to meet strict deadlines.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, tours, and appointments.
  • Assist in travel arrangements when required.
  • Prepare and maintain documents such as reports, presentations, brochures, and letters.
  • Organize and assist with documentation, filing and administrative duties (both physical and electronic).
  • Handle printing, scanning, and documentation for MM2H services.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and basic bookkeeping systems.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Follow-up on clients’ appointments and liaise with vendors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
  • Update the company social media page on a weekly basis with creative and relevant content.
  • Assist in developing basic digital content such as greeting cards and visual posts.
  • Support the planning and coordination of company seminars and events.
  • Track timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met.
