Overview

The F&B Manager (Masjid Habib Banquet Hall) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet hall operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, quality food and beverage offerings, and smooth coordination of events. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence to meet client expectations and achieve business objectives. Candidates must have proven experience as a Hotelier and / or F&B Manager with expertise in banquet or large-scale event operations. Responsibilities

Operational Management

— Oversee day-to-day banquet hall operations, including setup, service, and breakdown for events. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and

halal food standards . Event Coordination

— Work closely with the events team to plan and execute weddings, corporate functions, and other gatherings. Monitor event progress and address any issues promptly. Customer Service

— Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Handle guest feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure personalized service standards are maintained for each event. Financial & Inventory Management

— Manage budget, costs, and revenue targets for banquet operations. Oversee inventory control for F&B supplies, equipment, and linen. Prepare operational and financial reports for management review. Quality Assurance

— Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for banquet service. Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of banquet facilities. Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a Hotelier and / or F&B Manager , with at least 2 years in a managerial role handling banquet or large-scale event operations. In-depth knowledge of halal food handling and service requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
