Your Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective merchants to introduce Bjak’s products and partnership opportunities.
  • Understand merchant needs and position Bjak’s solutions effectively to drive sign-ups.
  • Deliver clear and convincing sales pitches, handle objections, and close deals confidently.
  • Manage leads efficiently — follow up, convert prospects, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead updates, and conversion records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and boost conversion rates.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Locals and based in Malaysia
  • 1–3 years of telesales, telemarketing, or call center experience. (Fresh grads with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.)
  • Excellent verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.)
  • High energy, resilience, and a positive, target-driven attitude.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, insurance, or financial services telesales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
