An MNC company specialising in industrial solutions that will be used in various industries. My client is looking for an experienced and driven Application Engineer to join one of their Divisions.

Your new role

As a SEA Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in day to day operations of dealing with customers and the internal manufacturing team. Your responsibilities will include :

• As domain specialist, provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding the selection, application, and troubleshooting of Staubli fluid connector products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions for customers and distributors.
• Participate in the development of new products by providing feedback from the field and working with engineers from production unit.
• Ensure proper documentation of all customer interaction and technical solutions provided.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to continually improve our product offerings and services.
• Assist in creating technical literature, manuals, and marketing materials.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support, installation assistance, or problem resolution.
