We are seeking a Project Coordinator to be part of our team in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, where you will play a key role in supporting both our business operations and people.

Project Coordinator (Based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Scheduling :

Coordinate, schedule and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and commissioning.

Permitting & Documentation :

Prepare and submit permit applications to local authorities and utilities.

Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection records.

Communication & Coordination :

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Liaise with sales, design, installation, and service teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed.

Coordinate with utilities for interconnection agreements and grid access.

Quality Control & Compliance :

Verify that installation plans meet design specifications and quality standards.

Schedule and track inspections to ensure timely approvals.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Administrative Support :

Update project statuses from time to time.

Prepare regular reports on project progress, bottlenecks, and completion rates for management.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, construction, home improvement, or a related field.

Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction processes.
