Responsibilities :
Manage and service assigned client accounts to ensure long-term business relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Identify and source potential client accounts through networking and market research
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and business goals
Negotiate contract terms and close agreements with clients
Provide day-to-day support to management for account-related matters
Lead, train, and guide other account management team members
Address and resolve any client or internal issues related to accounts
Manage business deliverables and projects, including support in native languages when required
Requirements :
Proven experience in client servicing, business development, or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and project management capabilities
Ability to work on-site or at client locations as required
Multilingual proficiency is a plus
