Operations Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

As an Operation Executive you will oversee and manage all aspects of the outlets in the Food and Beverages industry. You will lead a team of selected outlets and your role will involve training, operational planning, and customer service excellence. -Responsible for overseeing the outlet's overall operations and sales, including sales, customer service, staff recruitment, training and development, and administrative functions. -Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and maintain consistent operations across all store locations. -Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise as needed, and coordinate with the purchasing department for inventory management. -Provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth among team members -Convey sales targets and performance goals for the retail team, guiding them to achieve or exceed these targets -Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement -Collaborate with the retail team to create appealing menu displays that attract and engage customers. -Coordinate with departments to get better results on each branding needs. -Ensure compliance with government and company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. -Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time. • Minimum a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in management / admin / business or relevant field. -Preferable 1 years of proven experience in retail or food / beverage industry -Fresh graduate is welcome. -Good written and spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin -Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office -Poses own transportation -Malaysian citizen only
