REQUIREMENTS : Degree in Finance / Accounting or related field Preferably a 6-month internship.

Able to start in August 2024 Have basic knowledge in Finance / Accounting terms and concepts   JOB SCOPE : 1.

Statement Reconciliation Review and reconcile agents' statement of accounts with company records.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

2. Data Management Analyze financial data related to account receivables and payables.

Utilize accounting tools / system for accurate reconciliation.

3. Journal Entry Creation Learn to create and post journal entries accurately.

Understand the principles of double-entry accounting.

4. Agency Management Review all account codes under status suspension and terminated.

Take necessary action on timely manner.

e.g.

process LOD, Collect o / s payments from agent and close the account.
