Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and materials.
Maintain organized and accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software.
Issue materials or products upon authorized request and maintain records of issued items.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with records.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of items to prevent damage or loss.
Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock‑related needs.
Add hoc task from time to time from Management.
