  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement tailored strategies for client growth.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key account activities.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • The Successful Applicant

    • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience managing key accounts in the FMCG industry.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
    • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
    • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
