IDC Structured Cabling Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities :

Understand client requirements and develop / review technical solutions for projects.

Responsible for the technical aspects of planning, implementation, and delivery of data center structured cabling projects (copper / fiber).

Develop technical standards, construction specifications, standard operation procedures, and technical process standards for the company's structured cabling business.

Troubleshoot technical issues during construction, ensuring project execution complies with technical standards and leading technical acceptance upon project completion.

Conduct technical training for internal staff and external partners.

Job Requirements :

Over 3 years of experience in structured cabling for IDC data centers or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Extensive onsite management and implementation experience, possessing the ability to independently oversee the full technical lifecycle of large-scale cabling projects.

Project management certification and strong knowledge of industry standards are preferred.

Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
