Job description

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer cum Field Application Engineer (FAE) with a strong background in Electronics & Electrical Engineering and experience in electronic components.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling customer complaints and technical issues.
Provide technical advice and support to the sales team regarding electronic components and applications.
Work closely with sales to offer timely and effective solutions to customers.
Participate in customer visits with the sales team when necessary to provide on-site technical support and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience or knowledge in electronic components and their applications.

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and customers.

Problem‑solving mindset with customer‑oriented thinking.

What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, Electronics Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally and with customers.
