Attention storyteller in motion! We're Hiring Game Designer

Kaigan Games is known for pushing boundaries in narrative-driven gaming. And now, we're looking for a creative game designer to join our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, balance, and iterate on deep 4X gameplay systems, from diplomacy to combat.
  • Develop a compelling and expansive tech tree that drives player progression and choice.
  • Invent and flesh out sci-fi concepts, technologies, and units.
  • Pose philosophical questions and concepts that can be integrated into game mechanics and events.

Requirements :

  • Strong passion for 4X strategy games, with deep familiarity of genre-defining titles (e.g.Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, Civilization, Master of Orion).
  • Hands-on experience playing classic and modern 4X titled is highly desirable.
  • A strong interest in the sci-fi genre and philosophical concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in game design, particularly with systems and tech trees.
