Core Responsibilities

  • Fully accountable to achieve growth and annual sales revenue within the defined region.
  • Responsible for all sales activities within the defined region, including prospecting, developing and managing target and Key Accounts.
  • Fully accountable for establishing and upholding quality professional relationships within all departments of Ranpak and with all levels of Ranpak’s distribution network.
  • To prepare, maintain and update quarterly business plans, the CRM database, reporting of weekly activities, etc.
  • To regularly review business opportunities with assigned distribution channel partners.
  • To provide sales and product support to Distributors, End Users and potential customers whether new leads, established customers, through cold calls, during trials, or after-sales follow-up, etc.
  • To plan and prepare for visits to Key Accounts, target accounts and new accounts.
  • To develop and implement sales strategies to address business growth in relevant industrial and market segments.
  • To facilitate the transfer of necessary sales skills and product knowledge to distributor sales teams.
  • To form and maintain quality professional relationships with distribution channel partners within the defined region.
  • To meet and exceed agreed annual sales targets.
  • To act as a strategic marketing partner for distribution sales channels.
  • To act in compliance with the agreed business plans and methodologies.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor in Marketing or Business or related qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in the segment of packaging and / or logistics.
  • Strong commercial drive with a proven track record in sales.
  • Experience working through distribution channel partners.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to train and educate both clients and the sales representatives of appointed distribution channel partners.
  • Knowledgeable of consultative and solution-based selling a plus.
  • Big-picture perspective with strong team player.
  • Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • High sales drive with self-discipline, commitment and self-motivation.
  • Own a car with a valid driving license.
