Overview

We are seeking a few talented and driven Sales Executives to join our team at LV Concrete Sdn Bhd and cover the Ipoh or Taiping areas. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our concrete business by building strong relationships with new and existing customers. This is a full-time position based in Ipoh or Taiping, Perak.

Qualifications & experience

  • Preferably Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidate. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Recognised Diploma / Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the related field will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible in supporting sales and marketing activities to achieve the company's target. You will also be required to ensure that ongoing projects are completed on time and to handle sales collections.
  • Pursue sales and marketing activities to achieve the company's annual projections.
  • Assists the Sales Manager and his assistant in any related activity.
  • Ensure that all relevant project and contract documents are processed promptly and completely to reflect customer's requirements at all times.
  • Liaise with customer after contracts are closed and continue to provide required service.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding debts from clients and customers.
  • Process and submit all reports and credit applications as required.
  • Provide complete information on project, clients and related details to the Operations Department to ensure the smooth undertaking of the project.
  • Submit a weekly itinerary report to the Sales Manager.
  • Carry out any other duties as instructed.
