Job description
Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in daily administrative duties.
Detect any potential problems related to hostels and foreign employees.
Check passport for renewal permit.
Plan FOMEMA and execute accordingly.
Enforce hostel and company policies.
Handle payroll for foreign workers.
Check invoices and perform cash balancing.
Other related duties as instructed.
Requirements
Recognized Diploma / Degree in Human Resource.
At least 3 years working experience in related field is encouraged to apply.
Good in human relation and verbal communication skills in BM & English.
Able to conduct Malay language training to foreign workers.
Able to work independently, highly committed, responsible and dependable.
Has own transport and valid driving license.
Willing to work extra hours when necessary.
Based at Shah Alam, Cheras and Kajang. Multiple positions available.
