Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in daily administrative duties.
  • Detect any potential problems related to hostels and foreign employees.
  • Check passport for renewal permit.
  • Plan FOMEMA and execute accordingly.
  • Enforce hostel and company policies.
  • Handle payroll for foreign workers.
  • Check invoices and perform cash balancing.
  • Other related duties as instructed.

Requirements

  • Recognized Diploma / Degree in Human Resource.
  • At least 3 years working experience in related field is encouraged to apply.
  • Good in human relation and verbal communication skills in BM & English.
  • Able to conduct Malay language training to foreign workers.
  • Able to work independently, highly committed, responsible and dependable.
  • Has own transport and valid driving license.
  • Willing to work extra hours when necessary.
  • Based at Shah Alam, Cheras and Kajang. Multiple positions available.
