Technical Sales Account Manager (Cloud / Software)
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Technical Sales Account Manager to support B2B customers across MY / PH / SG / TH markets. This role involves driving cloud / software solution conversations, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering strong client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product presentations and cloud solution discussions confidently.
- Drive sales lead generation through outreach, follow‑ups, and pipeline management.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable cloud or enterprise software solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and progress tracking using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
Must‑Have Requirements
Minimum 1 year of B2B technical sales experience (Cloud, Network, Enterprise Software, etc.)Strong, lively personality — bubbly, sales‑driven, confident in presentationsSolid understanding of end‑to‑end sales cycle (not pre / post‑sales only)Proven experience in sales lead generation and pipeline developmentQualifications (Mandatory)
Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldNice to Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks like BANT, PACT, or MEDDICPrior experience in IT distributors or tech solution environmentsWhat We’re Looking For
