Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Perform general Adminstrative duties and support daily business operations.
  • Assist management in produce and distribute correspondences memo, letters and email.
  • Coordinating company events, project roadshow in shopping mall, team buildings.
  • Liaising with suppliers such as printing, material designer, company uniforms, stationery etc.
  • To maintain the efficiency of day-to-day operations, including answer phone calls, schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of agent commission to Accounts department.
  • To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
  • Prepare and organize documents, monthly report and presentations
  • Maintain employee records and updating company compliances, upkeep of office facilities, and office housekeeping.
  • Works a team and ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationship with management and employees.
