Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, minimum 3 years experience
Proven experience in selling electric vehicles (EVs) is required.
Strong knowledge of EV features, benefits, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
Ability to manage and drive performance, even under challenging circumstances.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong leadership skills : The ideal candidate must be able to manage teams efficiently, ensuring they hit sales targets, even in difficult or high-pressure situations.
Proactive mindset : Must be able to adapt to changing market dynamics and quickly pivot sales strategies
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing )to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Ensure effective pipeline management and proper forecasting.
Handle any escalated issues from clients and ensure resolutions are provided efficient.
