Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management :

Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Sales Target Achievement :
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.

  • New Business Development :
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

  • Account Management :
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts; handle client inquiries, issues, and feedback efficiently.

  • Proposal & Presentation :
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer needs.

  • Market Research :
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to strategize effectively.

  • Collaboration :
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

  • Reporting :
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client communications using CRM software.
