Job description

Manage and update product listings, pricing, and stock availability across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.

Handle daily orders, coordinate with warehouse / logistics for timely delivery, and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.

Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and flash sales to drive sales performance.

Analyze sales data and campaign results to provide insights and improvement recommendations.

Ensure all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
