Product Manager - Growth and AI

Job Description

Position Overview :

This role is to lead initiatives focused on client acquisition and AI-enhanced user experiences in our global mobile trading platform. This role is pivotal in driving growth by enhancing user onboarding, conversion, and engagement across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams— including marketing, engineering, design, and data analytics—to deliver impactful features that attract, convert, and retain users.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the product roadmap for our global trading platform in the area of client acquisition, marketing funnel optimization, and AI features.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and best practices in digital acquisition and AI-driven product innovation.
• Identify and address friction points in the user acquisition journey to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
• Prioritize and manage a backlog of features, enhancements, and optimizations to increase user engagement and retention.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with engineering to understand technical requirements and overcome potential roadblocks.
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to craft a compelling, user-friendly interface and smooth navigation flow.
• Monitor key product metrics, analyze user feedback, and use data to inform decision making and prioritize features.
• Conduct regular product demos and communicate updates to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in mobile trading, fintech, and product management.
