Job Description
- Handle day‑to‑day operations / logistics‑related matters including managing return / exchange & refund cases.
- Ensure that promotional activities are properly executed on time and communicated.
- Prepare and update product listings, pricing and promotions across online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company website).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, stock availability, and visual assets are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and record sales across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system enhancements and address any identified issues or bugs.
- Ensure all shops comply with marketplace policies.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business or a related field.Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (Salesforce, Salsify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok preferred).Proficiency with basic design tools such as Canva, Order Management Systems (OMS) and related systems like SAP and DocuWare is an added advantage.Minimum of one year of experience in an e‑commerce role would be an advantage.Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self‑motivated and a team player.Proficiency in English and Malay (written and verbal).About The Team
