Job Description

• Handle day‑to‑day operations / logistics‑related matters including managing return / exchange & refund cases.
• Ensure that promotional activities are properly executed on time and communicated.
• Prepare and update product listings, pricing and promotions across online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company website).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, stock availability, and visual assets are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and record sales across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system enhancements and address any identified issues or bugs.
• Ensure all shops comply with marketplace policies.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
