Job description

Assist Project Manager to competently plan, manage, coordinate & monitor closely project executions, programmer works, work progress, control, tracking & accomplish tasks within the given time frame on the assigned projects & to the quality standards & specifications required including administrative & contractual matters.

Supervise, monitor, coordinate & control all daily works & activities at the project site and adhere to all document control procedures & policies.

Attend site meetings & liaise with clients, consultants, vendors & subcontractors.

Check all M&E drawings for discrepencies with Architectural & Structural drawings and control of M&E drawings on-site

Identify any issues, discrepancies, or deviations from project specifications and propose suitable corrective actions.

Coordinate, supervise & monitor all M&E subcontractors on-site work & manpower

Conduct M&E coordination meeting with all M&E subcontractors

Ensure installations are carried out according to tender technical specification, drawings & check quality of workmanship

Any other duties assigned by management

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of related experience required.
Working experience in high rise and mixed development.
Proficient in AutoCad
Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
