What You'll Do
- Develop and improve production work processes
- Create work instructions and design fixtures
- Develop WPS and manage WQT programs
- Improve welding process capability and product quality
- Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate on new products, customers and technologies
- Maintain safety standards and 5S practices
- Attend customer meetings and resolve quality issues
