Location : Plaza Damas, Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type : Full-time (Hybrid – office + remote)

Salary : RM 750 – RM 1,000 / month

Our young and dynamic team is passionate about delivering impactful campaigns that drive results.

We're hiring a Social Media Manager & Strategist with strong experience across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu (RED). You'll play a key role in managing campaigns, running ads, and building brand presence for clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Conceptualize and implement creative marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce engaging content.
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare reports.
  • Research social trends and recommend fresh content ideas.

Requirements :

  • Experience managing multiple social platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with paid ad management (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content engagement.
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting and campaign ideation skills.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Fresh grads with internship / portfolio experience are encouraged to apply.
