Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM
  • At least 1 year working experience in basic accounting works
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Basic knowledge with Accounting System
  • Basic with Excel & Microsoft Word
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in resolving any administrative duties such as office paperwork, filling, answering call & etc.
  • To handle social media leads
  • To handle accounts receivables and account payables.
  • Responsible to do monthly supplier reports.
  • Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
  • Assist Sales Team / Accounts when needed.
  • Other ad hoc task assigned from time to time.
