Business Development Manager

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in a hospital environment, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To aggressively develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to grow hospital services and increase patient volume.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities , including partnerships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and healthcare organizations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, doctors, specialists and referring General Practitioner (GP) clinics.

Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and performance reviews to management.

Collaborate with the management team to drive revenue targets and service expansion.

Travelling for business meetings and events is mandatory.
