Responsibilities

Present, demonstrate, and promote products in an engaging and professional manner.

Interact with the live audience in real-time — answer questions, handle objections, and keep viewers entertained.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan live content calendars.

Maintain product knowledge to accurately and persuasively describe features and benefits.

Monitor viewer comments, engagement metrics, and provide feedback to improve future sessions.

Assist with setup and teardown of live streaming equipment and product displays.

Ensure personal grooming and on-camera presence aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

Fluent in Bahasa Melayu.
