Responsibilities
- Assess incoming orders, determine necessary technical expertise, specialized materials, and tools, and identify potential risks with appropriate mitigation measures.
- Material requirements planning (MRP) : taking account of spares in the inventory, identifying additional needs and scheduling orders for on-time delivery.
- Follow the work progress and manage daily meetings with the project teams.
- Perform damage / defect assessment, prepare reports, propose repair / rectification solutions and liaise with Tech Support network counterparts for maintenance beyond O & I levels; provide associated repair costing.
- Manage technical solutions for unplanned work scope, including troubleshooting, obsolescence management and other deviations from the production plan.
- Manage work pack closing with MRO, CAMO, and related parties.
- Continuous cost capturing throughout the production process including overhead costing, man-hour clocking, service provider management, production KPI, excess spare return, rework and warranty.
- Ensure work scope is executed in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and Airbus quality standards.
- Ensure project closing with complete documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and customer / contractual specific requirements.
- Proficient in AH technical tools such as Veryon, Envision, AirbusWorld, ORION, TIPI, WebTEK, SCDM, ChildNeo, SAP, NormMaster, Bflow, etc.
- Optimize production flow, task sequence and input / output schedule for efficiency, flexibility and profitability of the Operations.
- Ensure AHM commercial processes, finance rules and export control are complied with.
- Reporting safety concerns and synthesizing corrective action.
- Support other activities within the Engineering Department as required.

- Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
- Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.
Job Requirements
BSc or BEng in Aerospace Engineering, Electronic, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent Engineering programme. Or Part 66 certified mechanic by either CAAM, EASA, CAA UK and FAA.5 years in aircraft maintenance or equivalent function.Able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written form.Good interpersonal skills, leadership, autonomy, team orientation, and has a logical approach to problem solving and decision making.Ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and international setting.Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure.Able to travel for assignments.Company & Employment Details
