- Work closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify automation potential.
- Design, develop, test and enhance RPA workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, incorporating AI functionalities.
- Integrate AI services (Gemini, Google Cloud Platform or any relevant AI service) into RPA processes.
- Monitor and manage deployed RPA bots, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to RPA automations in a timely manner.
- Implement best practices for RPA development, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including process design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing RPA processes.
- Ensure all RPA activities comply with the bank's security policies and regulatory requirements.
