Senior Analyst, HRIT (Workday L2 Support) Responsibilities
Support L2 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests related to Workday and other HR applications
Self-discipline and accountability to promote trust at work
Perform system configuration and customization
Monitor system notifications (errors) and take appropriate actions
Support end users in system usage and raise overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base
Assist Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Requests when necessary
Participate in regional project activities with an HRIT focus
Ensure successful system and process integration, and provide efficient SLA-driven end-user support and communications
Liaise with AIA colleagues or business partners outside HRIT to ensure delivery of the required functional work
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Manage S1 issue escalation with relevant parties effectively
Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and align with the global solutions architecture team
Qualifications
Education : University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline
Experience : 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience in regional solution / system support
Good understanding of how the system works; knowledge of application development methodologies or system configurations
Has exposure to at least 2 Workday modules; experience with HCM Workday module is a plus
Familiar with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is an advantage
Practical experience with HR processes and practices
SLA familiarity and a performance-driven work culture
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Team player; consistent and proactive in BAU operations and deliverables
