What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large size customer accounts, monitoring performance and usage metrics to ensure successful product adoption.
- Lead post-sale onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth, effective, and timely go-live.
- Develop in-depth product and domain knowledge to effectively present relevant features that meet customer needs.
- Identify adoption and service blockers early and develop strategies to overcome them for positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maintain a strong service offering and maximize value for customers.
- Advocate for customers by solving challenges and providing feedback to internal teams, especially the Product team.
- Drive usage and growth by identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and supporting customer growth with tangible value and outcomes.
- Master the technical aspects of the platform to guide customers effectively.
What You'll Bring
3+ years in a Customer Success Management, Client Services, Account Management, Implementation, or similar role with a track record of managing complex relationships.Multilingual proficiency; Mandarin is required to manage customer relationships across different regions.SaaS experience with understanding of industry dynamics.Ability to manage a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized accounts, focusing on value, retention, and usage / adoption KPIs.Excellent communication skills to articulate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.Strong business acumen with the ability to align success strategies with customer business outcomes.Experience managing and influencing key stakeholders within customer organizations.Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze customer performance data to generate actionable insights.Why Join Entrust
