Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory, procurement, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory or procurement systems / software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management :
Assist with monthly stock takes across all outlets.Monitor stock levels and update records in the system accurately and promptly.Conduct daily beef stock balance checks.Procurement Support :
Receive weekly beef deliveries together with the designated person in charge.Assist in receiving deliveries at HQ office and central kitchen.Support in sourcing items upon request.Maintain updated item prices in the system.Prepare purchase orders and order lists with suppliers.Supplier Coordination :
Maintain positive working relationships with all suppliers to ensure smooth operations.System & Cost Control :
Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support cost control processes for each outlet.Benefits
