Job Responsibilities
Our payment company is seeking a Senior Channel & Partnerships Specialist to accelerate channel expansion, strengthen partnerships, and ensure merchant satisfaction through data-driven insights. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing partner / merchant performance, and enhancing merchant retention. We are looking for someone passionate about the payment industry and eager to contribute to our company's success.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Merchant Success & Business Analysis
- Build and implement partner / merchant health performance metrics, collaborate with data team to enhance internal dashboards for analysis.
- Analyze merchant performance data, identify improvement areas, and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with business teams and high-value merchants to understand needs, analyze pain points, and improve satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare business performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis reports for leadership, highlighting growth and optimization insights.
- Develop and maintain payment feature roadmaps, using data to inform prioritization.
Channel Expansion & Product Optimization
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential channel partners aligned with strategic objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including negotiations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create channel programs to boost engagement and sales.Monitor and analyze channel performance, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.Create supporting materials for sales efforts.Business Partnership & Management
Nurture and maintain relationships with partners, conduct regular business reviews, and address issues.Negotiate contracts and ensure partner satisfaction through regular check-ins.Coordinate with teams to meet project deadlines and resolve operational issues.Educate partners on product and channel trends.Manage issues resolution with clients / partners.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.3-5 years of experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Payment Industry.Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and merchant services.Proactive, able to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.Pre-Requisites
