Recruitment Consultant @ INFINITY8 | Enhancing Talent Acquisition Strategies

Business Executive / Sales Executive

Salary : RM4,000 to RM5,000 (+ Allowances & Commission (Potential up to RM9,000 / month))

Working Days & Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Location : Johor Baharu, Johore, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct daily field visits to engage with clients, strengthen customer relationships, and identify sales opportunities.
Promote and explain company healthcare products to pharmacists and healthcare assistants, ensuring strong brand positioning.
Achieve sales targets through customer retention, new business development, and execution of marketing initiatives.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor analysis, customer needs, and market trends.
Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements :

Education : Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (1 year related experience preferred; fresh grads are welcome)

Languages : Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Language requirement is mandatory)

Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and reporting capabilities

Customer service oriented and a proactive learner

Willing to travel and possess own transport

Able to work independently and in a team

What’s Offered :

Additional Earnings : Monthly commissions & allowances (Travel, Food, Parking, Phone)

Performance Bonus : Annual basis

Work days : 5-day work week (Mon–Fri)
