Job description

Leads preventative and corrective maintenance efforts in a facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and uptime.
Develop strategies, manage technicians, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements to reduce downtime and optimize costs.
Responding to machine’s breakdowns, diagnosing faults and propose troubleshooting.
Perform maintenance, handle breakdowns and manage projects by applying expertise in Electrical and Electronic systems including PLC programming, wiring diagram interpretation and wiring skills.
Organize & monitor routine Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Machine Service Record and Engineering Work Request.
Acquiring specialized components, fixtures, or fittings
Creating maintenance procedures and managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Organize and carry out effectiveness of calibrated instruments and maintain the accuracy.
Organize teams to make sure maintenance support is available at all times.
Monitoring & controlling of spare parts including sourcing
Perform overall documents control and submit monthly report punctually.
Supervising engineering and technical staff.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
To undertake extra responsibility from time to time as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements :

Professional certificate, Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical, Automation Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum three (3) years relevant working experience in related field preferably in Manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in PLC programming languages and hands-on experience in operating PLC is required for troubleshooting and projects.

Good knowledge of Autocad, Pneumatic system, Electrical / Wiring diagram, Electrical / Mechanical Systems and Industrial Systems with machine experience is preferred.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making and manpower management skills with the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Advanced MS Office proficiency, knowledge of rules, regulations and performance standards with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
