Head of Talent Acquisition at Daythree | COPC Certified Customer Experience Performance Leader

Salary : Basic up to RM4,200 + KPI Incentive up to RM300

Languages : Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken, written, and reading)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and helpful information on products, pricing, and availability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across systems

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin and English fluently
