As our Personal Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting our leaders to important business meetings and events while ensuring a comfortable and first-class experience. What you'll be doing -Safely drive the President and CEO or guests to appointments, meetings, events and other destinations -Ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained. -Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic, weather and road conditions to ensure timely arrival. -Always ensure confidentiality and professionalism. -Adhere to the assigned schedule and promptly communicate any changes to relevant parties. -Provide support with various administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and document organization. -Run errands or perform other duties as assigned. What we're looking for -Minimum SPM qualification and a valid driver's license. -At least 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment -Knowledgeable about local roadways. -Proficient in route planning. -Maintains a clean driving record. -Possess no criminal record. -Friendly demeanor. -Dependable and trustworthy. -Timely and punctual. -Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
