Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Bartender

to join our team at our Five Star Resort. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional guest service. This role plays a key part in creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are upheld. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a prompt and professional manner. Ensure consistent beverage quality in accordance with resort standards. Greet guests in a friendly and engaging manner, providing excellent customer service at all times. Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as necessary and informing supervisors of supply needs. Follow all health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards and responsible alcohol service. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when needed. Assist in the creation of seasonal drink menus and promotions. Collaborate with other F&B team members and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Adhere to opening and closing procedures of the bar. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end or fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency in using POS systems. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, as you will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers. Certification in Food Handling or Responsible Service of Alcohol is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Creativity and passion for hospitality are highly valued. Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods. May be required to lift and carry heavy items such as beverage boxes and kegs. Work may involve indoor and occasional outdoor settings. Equal Opportunity
