Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Search Engine Optimizer (SEO Specialist) to join our marketing and digital strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and optimizing our online presence across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing managers to implement SEO best practices, track performance, and develop strategies that enhance search rankings and user engagement. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about staying ahead of search trends and algorithm updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic visibility
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for improved ranking and user experience
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across web pages, blogs, and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, and site speed
• Develop and manage link-building strategies that align with brand and compliance standards
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging tools or technologies
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
