Customer Service Professionals (CSP)

Locations Available :

  • Marang Terengganu

Working Hours :

  • 24 / 7 operations (5 days a week with 2 off days, rotational shifts)
  • Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle all types of customer enquiries from various channels (calls, correspondence, etc.)
  • Provide accurate solutions to technical issues, product and general enquiries.
  • Ensure every interaction contributes to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM with 1 year of working experience in any field OR fresh graduates (Diploma / Degree).
  • Language proficiency : Bahasa Malaysia – High, English – Average.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Salary & Benefits :

  • Basic Salary (based on location & experience) :
  • Kuala Lumpur : RM2,000 – RM2,300
  • Performance Allowance (Depends KPI) : RM300
  • Shift Allowance : RM90 / month
  • Transport Allowance : Up to RM200
  • Contract Duration :

  • 3 – 6 months
