Senior Associate – Business Analyst

in our

team, you will work with leading insurance and financial services organizations to unlock the value of their IT capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within insurance workflows. Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases. Work closely with IT teams to design and implement tailored technology solutions. Create and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs. Act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams. Skills and attributes for success
