Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. -2+ years of experience in IT project coordination / management, software delivery, or tech operations. -Experience working in a team-based project environment. -Exposure to project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp). -Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) or IT infrastructure. -Familiarity with Agile or Scrum concepts is a plus. -Strong communication skills (written and verbal). -Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential. -Good time management and multitasking abilities. -Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn on the job. -Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
