Overview

As a Sales Consultant at TC Subaru Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full-time position involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right Subaru vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels to identify potential customers.
  • Conducting professional sales presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Assisting with vehicle deliveries and ensuring a seamless handover experience for customers.
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Staying up-to-date with Subaru product knowledge, sales promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to meeting sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with Subaru vehicles and the local automotive market, or a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
