Job Responsibilities
- Handle litigation cases and liaise with external solicitors.
- Provide advice on commercial laws, particularly in contracts, company law, property, banking, and financing.
- Undertake corporate work, including M&A, joint ventures, share sales, and investments.
- Draft and review service provider agreements, vet banking documentation, and advise on property transactions (e.g., sale & purchase agreements, tenancy agreements).
- Manage compliance matters, including corporate liability and legal risk management.
- Advise on Labour laws and HR-related matters.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research as required.
