  • Expected salary : RM2,500 - RM3,500 per month

Job description :

  • Daily IT Operations & Support :
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues involving hardware, software, and networking.
  • Perform scheduled backups and ensure recovery readiness.
  • Preventive Maintenance :
  • Establish and maintain schedules for preventive maintenance of IT equipment, CCTV systems, and software applications.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports for all preventive and corrective actions.
  • IT Asset & Infrastructure Management :

    Manage IT asset planning, maintenance, and upgrades.

    Develop and maintain documentation including IT Asset Master List, Inspection Logs, CCTV Maps, and Network Infrastructure Diagrams.

    Monitor and manage the server, storage systems, and network infrastructure (including FortiGate Firewall policy configuration and housekeeping).

    Manage Internal Tools :

    Develop and manage internal applications using Google AppSheet.

    Administration & Governance :

    Manage Google Workspace Admin Console – user access, group settings, email provisioning.

    Ad-Hoc & Project Assignments :

    Provide technical support for ongoing projects.

    Take ownership of technical improvements, including smart automation projects (e.g., Python-based alarm clock system).

    Requirements :

  • Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer and Information Technology
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networking).
  • Basic experience with FortiGate Firewall.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace Admin Console & AppSheet.
  • Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software.
  • Able to document technical processes clearly.
  • Good communication with management & vendors.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties
  • Knowledge of Python and Raspberry Pi integration.
